Sunanda was raised in the City of Ottawa and later moved to the Greater Toronto Area, where she currently resides with her husband and two wonderful children. ​

 

 Sunanda completed her High School Diploma at Merivale High School in Ottawa and later pursued her higher education in Honours Specialization in Biomedical Science at the University of Ottawa.   ​

 

Along with taking care of her family, Sunanda spent 11 years working full-time with Rogers Inc. in their National Sales Department. This is where she gained a solid background in sales and effective strategic skills that allowed her to provide above and beyond service to her clients.  ​ 

 

Being extremely passionate about homes, she completed a Diploma in Interior Design and soon after, realized that the Real Estate Industry was a natural fit for her. She then completed her Real Estate Certification from Humber College and became registered as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson.  ​ 

 

Known for her integrity and sincerity, Sunanda is committed to listening to her client’s needs. She takes pride in her strong work ethics and works diligently to make her client’s experience rewarding and enjoyable. She understands the value of effective communication and works towards building a strong relationship with all her clients.    

 

Sunanda is also involved in social community activities and loves to participate in any community work. She supports Heart and Stroke Foundation, Autism Canada, Breast Cancer Society of Canada and Diabetes Canada.   

 

Sunanda is fluent in English, Hindi, Bengali, Punjabi and Urdu. She always works in her client’s best interest and is always readily available for any real estate market related questions they may have.
